Hmm, it has no seasoning in it. It reads blah.I'd start sautéing the onions first probably with some garlic.. It needs salt for sure. How about a bit of crushed red pepper. That would punch it up a bit. I'd probably caramelize those onions for a deeper flavor.TerrySent from my iPadOn Mar 10, 2012, at 10:01 AM, Robbin <diciacco1@...> wrote:<image.jpeg>•Robbin On Mar 10, 2012, at 10:00 AM, Robbin <diciacco1@...> wrote:

Recipe for the veggie loaf, pretty please??Sent from my iPadOn Mar 10, 2012, at 11:16 PM, "chele519" <chele519@...> wrote:

I go to my aunt's house for holidays and I always cringe when she brings out the boiled broccoli that is the color of army green. It looks so much prettier when it is a nice bright green. I always said I hated spinach until I tried it in a green smoothie. What I found was that I hated the mushy cooked spinach but loved it fresh in a smoothie or salad. Now I make sure to try different recipes or preparation methods before saying I don't like something. I even found a great recipe for veggie lasagna. The same thing happened with cottage cheese. I've always thought I hated it but I just hate the texture. Blended up until it is smooth, I really like it. I even make a vegetarian meatloaf with cottage cheese.

As usual, you are amazing! That is so wonderful you were able to do that

and save the kids a ruined trip and make new memories with them.

but had I had proper time to plan, I would have made better provisions, and

stocked up the RV. As it was, I had literally an hour to plan, pack and

go...and with my handicaps, that was QUITE an accomplishment to pull off, lol.

I am not amazing, just a REALLY, REALLY good sport, lol. The girls are most appreciative-they had a ball, and so did I! I should have known this particular parent would bail-usually makes grand plans then lets them down. Sent from my iPadOn Mar 10, 2012, at 11:35 PM, Velda <solomon@...> wrote:

I think we all knew such parents when our children were young. So

glad they had you that they could count on. The Amazing is for

getting out the door, in a wheel chair in record time. I am able

bodied (well for the most part) but could not do it in double that

time.
