Hi, Deb-welcome to the group! You can make a wonderful " jello " with fresh fruit

and a product from the health food store called agar-agar. Agar-agar is a

seaweed based powder that INSTANTLY firms up fruit (or juice, broth, etc)

AMAZING stuff and very forgiving-if you mess something up, you can just reheat

it to melt it again and start over. It will mold into a firm gel in mere

minutes. You can google it for more info, but I highly recommend it. I had to

give up gelatin years ago, and often use agar-agar as a substitute-the nice

thing is, you can use fruit natural, sweeten it with stevia, honey, or agave

nectar, etc, and YOU control what is in it. Good stuff!

year now and have not yet gotten into the habit of using it. I came across some

videos on You Tube and decided to get familiar with this beautiful machine. I

was wondering if anyone has had any luck with trying to make jellos with natural

fruit. My husband loves it and I am trying to get him off of white sugars the

best I can and I know that this would be a great dessert for both of us.
