I had been to a restaurant and they had red cabbage sliced in it. It looked so nice that I decided to buy one (forgetting that I had bought one a month or two back). Since they had a sale, I bought a red and green...so now I have three cabbages to be used. Here's my questions. Is there a difference in flavour between the red and green cabbage or is it just the colour. I need to use up the cabbage soon. Can I freeze some...if so can someone give me some info.
