Congratulations, Jeri! I got my Vitamix two years ago and wish now that I had

purchased one many years ago.

You are doing one of the best things ever for your health and that of your

family's: giving them fresh fruits and vegetables in a highly digestible form.

Yes, Lea Anne's videos are excellent and they also helped me gain confidence in

using mine. The more you use it, the more confidence you'll have.

Taking it slow is not a bad idea, in my opinion. Adding protein to the smoothie

does change the taste, but it might be something you'll love.

Good luck. This is the best list out there for getting ideas, solving problems

and using your machine to the max.

All the best,

was time for my family to start drinking Green Smoothies. So, I stocked up on

fruit, spinach, kale, and Romaine. Everyone in the family has been drinking

these for the past week - 2 each day (breakfast and afternoon snack). Three of

the four of us love them (19 y.o. daughter not so sure) and I feel great about

this decision.

forward to trying some of the recipes you all have. For now, I'm keeping it

very simple – just fruit, Greens (40-50%), water and ice. Husband wants to add

protein to make it more of a meal, but I want to keep it simple for the first 30

days.
