Cheese Roll/was The ice cream revisited

Thanks, Gosh that been a long while ago. If it's the cheese roll I think you

mean it's just a mixture of cream cheese and goat cheese. I may have put some

feta in it. Lots of herbs as I recall. My usual herbs for that kind of thing is

parsley and dill.

Sorry I don't have a more traditional type recipe.

My old Deary is Scarlet Deary who turned 15 last month. She's the Pom. She is

not well and has had two strokes in the last month. I fear she doesn't have much

time with us. She seemed uncomfortable this evening… just couldn't settle. I

gave her some Metacam and she is asleep now. Sweet little girl. She is not very

bright and I've always called her my little retarded girl. I will miss her when

she's gone. I hope she can go naturally and that is what I plan unless she is in

a lot of pain then I will let the vet help her out of this life.
