Guest guest
Ok, we know that alk is better than acid for health and alk foods are good. But with regard to drinking alkalinized water, would the water not be made inert on contact with stomach acids? Or, do you drink lots to overpower the acids and then let the stomach acids revert on their own time? The kind of alk water I was going to make would electrically polarize the water - positively ionize the one side - and then you'd throw away the negtive ion side of the batch and drink the positive. That would be along the lines of 'living water' that's popular in eastern countries. Supposedly helps you absorb nutrients more efficiently balance your energies etc.. Can someone offer a perspective on this type of alkalinization? ciao
