Using Kashi 7 grain to make flour

I'm wondering if I could use the Kashi 7 grain mix or Bobs red mill grain mix

and grind it to make flour? I found a recipe for whole grain crackers that I've

tried and they are not bad but need some tweaking. I thought using the Kashi

blend might make them more tasty, similar to the Kashi crackers.
