Last night, I made Chili with Corn Bread I used my Pressure Cooker to cook the red kidney beans and saved 3 cups of the cooking water for the Chili. The recipe for the Chili is on the Penzys site, but I add a seeded chopped jalapeno pepper. I ground the cornmeal for the cornbread in my VM. I used the Ann s recipe for " Plain Ole Cornbread " Today, my smoothie was this: 1 Bosc Pear (have a whole bag of these from Costco) 1/2 cucumber (just read that cucumber is extremely good for liver) 1 cup grapes 1 Romaine heart 5 sprigs of italian parsley 3/4 cup orange juice (I think I used too much this time because I had three glasses of smoothie) it's only been 4 days, but I already noticed that I am not hungry all day till dinner!
