Guest guest
<< longhum, casei, laterosporus, plantarum, breve, rhamnosus, subtilis & others >> i have tried acidophilus, lacto bacillus sporogenes, and a product called nature's biotic's which i think the main bacillus is subtilis. i wouldn't say that they control the candida, but rather help keep me slightly above board as opposed to being totally non-functional when i am detoxing yeast. breve and rhamnosus i have never heard of. are there certain strains that you would recommend to people who have EXTREMELY nasty yeast problems. i have also tried making my own sauerkraut, making my own yogurt. and it seems to work a bit, but not as effective as i would hope for. is there a strain that you are aware of that can counteract many years of yeast overgrowth?
