Cookbooks, Mayo and Mustard

Speaking of recipes I suggest we bombard lovely VM with requests to ADD AN

INDEX!!! What madness to have a cookbook that doesn't have an index,

cross-referenced in several different ways.

I was looking for mustard and mayonnaise recipes. I found the latter, but am

still looking for one that doesn't have all the oil -- anyone? Somewhere

between a traditional and the Living Foods one Oswald has, though I am going

to try that.

I never did find a mustard recipe -- anyone making her/his own mustards?
