Guest guest Posted May 3, 2012 Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 There is some high demand around here for chocolate in smoothies, but using either the nibs or the cocoa leaves the chocolate with a somewhat " raw " taste. Does someone here know how to make it taste otherwise? I tried simply simmering some in water until the water was mostly evaporated and using the resultant paste but still it's tasting raw or unfinished somehow.
