Guest guest
Hello Ronaye,I believe that Dr. D'Adamo is "kind of" on the right track. The main benefit of his ideas being that there is no one right diet for everyone. I found much more benefit from eating according to my metabolic type (which is a fast oxidizer) than according to Dr. D'Adamo's food lists (I'm also a blood type O). Just the fact that I feel SO GOOD eating more coconut oil, and coconut products, tells me that even Dr. D'Adamo's food lists aren't right for ALL blood type O's.I think that the best way to determine which foods are right for you is to keep a detailed food diary. Re: OT--Moisturiser Posted by: "Lynn Gandy" lynn.gandy@... lynn.gandy Wed Feb 15, 2012 12:03 pm (PST) Debbie, I think that the only way that VCO would be effective for your partner is that it needs to be used frequently and consistently for a fairly long period of time (a few weeks?) If you can persuade him that it is worth the effort to use the VCO method for a long enough time, he would be very happy at the end result, that is, healed skin, or at least a major improvement in his eczema condition. Also, regarding his objection to the VCO being solid, it could be warmed up very easily to a liquid state first before applying, but, what the heck, as soon as you apply a little in the solid state, it immediately melts as soon as it hits the skin.
