Guest guest Posted March 12, 2012 Report Share Posted March 12, 2012 Be careful with Xanthum gum. I worked in a Minute Maid factory when I was in university. They made a Bacardi Pina Colada mix that had xanthum gum. It was in the 80's (less stringent health and safety regs then) and we had to wear a mask to add it to the mix because of risk of lung damage when it's in the powder form.
