Hi!I have been following a program by Dr. D'Adamo on eating for your blood type. He claims that coconut is not suitable for blood type O.Has anyone in the group had a problem? It sounds good for so may things. Esp. coconut bites. Thanks,Ronaye From: " "

Debbie,

I think that the only way that VCO would be effective for your partner is that it needs to be used frequently and consistently for a fairly long period of time (a few weeks?) If you can persuade him that it is worth the effort to use the VCO method for a long enough time, he would be very happy at the end result, that is, healed skin, or at least a major improvement in his eczema condition.

Also, regarding his objection to the VCO being solid, it could be warmed up very easily to a liquid state first before applying, but, what the heck, as soon as you apply a little in the solid state, it immediately melts as soon as it hits the skin.
