I have some in the bathroom cupboard but have been trying some other medicated hand stuff and it isn't working. Sure helps clear up the sinus' tho! I'll try the Glycomed and see how that works. That's the great thing about this site - have a problem, share it, and voila someone has something for you to try. Zazzy, I had shingles on my right side in 2001 but the itch is just anywhere it wants to hit - mostly both of my upper arms. I must be more proactive when going out in the sun, particularly in Arizona. I'm going to start buying spf50 by the gallon!
