Guest guest Posted March 4, 2012 Report Share Posted March 4, 2012 My daughter and I participated in the first challenge. We had more energy and felt better in general. I had wanted to lose some weight while doing this but did not notice any. I would make a large smoothie in the morning drinking part of it then and the other half at lunch time. I would have a regular meal for dinner. For the most part we would use spinach, lambs lettuce. We always had some form of fruit. If we used mangos that was not quite ripe the smoothies would taste like sweet tarts. I tired the little gems once but did not care for them. We are looking foward to the 2nd challenge.
