Guest guest
That is a really good one..Most of my conversations are like that. some times it can get rather funny trying to think f the words... We just laugh about it [ ] Memories Ceil sent this to me and I had to share it because this is what happens to me. I have to draw a picture of what I am trying to say. " The two gentlemen were talking, and one said, 'Last > night we went out to a new restaurant and it was > really great. I would recommend it very highly.' > > The other man said, 'What is the name of the > restaurant?' > The firs t man thought and thought and finally said, > 'What is the name of that flower you give to someone > you love? You know... > The one that's red and has thorns.' 'Do you mean a > rose?' 'Yes, that's the one,' replied the man. He > then turned towards the kitchen and yelled, 'Rose, > what's the name of that restaurant we went to last > night? Guest guest
Lottie, My wife has asked me for years, ok, where did you go? She would be talking and I was off on some wild adventure or reliving some old fun memory. It is more so today than ever, but I had that way before my buddy Gleevec was in my life! lol chris **************Need a new ride? Check out the largest site for U.S. used car listings at AOL Autos. Guest guest
Barb gave me an idea when she posted her thoughts of the years since she was diagnosed. It brought back my own memories, so when my anniversary turns up in July, I think I will share my reflections, too. If any of you have a CML anniversary coming up, perhaps you would consider sharing it with us as Barb did. For me, going down memory lane is good for the soul as I have a greater appreciation for everything that I always took for granted. Some wonderful things have happened in 12 years and they are worth remembering and talking about. Blessings, Lottie
