Guest guest
That's good to know! Thanks! Is it safe to take the supplements while on penicillin? I prefer the myoplex deluxe chocolate peanut butter bars and the myoplex deluxe to the myoplex lite, is it okay to take these forms of the myoplex and maybe take a half a serving instead of the light? I have been also taking the Betalean, BetaGen three times a day. Thanks in advance for advice and support! I truly appreciate it!
Guest guest
Thanks Cheryl! I have a confession to make. I tried to see your pictures and I went to the website you gave me, but I have no idea how to see your pictures and I really, really, really want to see them! Can ya tell me what I need to do to see them? Thanks so much again!
Guest guest
A confession, I must admit, I have a Precor elliptical 546 and I vary the intensity and do different programs on it for an hour every morning 6 times per week. I have 60 pounds to lose and was too afraid of the 20-minute cardio sessions. My aerobic workouts are not low in intensity. They are more like intervals of high intensity and low intensity. I also take a spinning class or a kickboxing class a couple of times per week too. The elliptical machine is a great stress reliever for me as well. I burn my own CDs and just listen to music and forget about my problems for that hour and I love it. I just hope I am not hurting my muscle growth. I am new at the BFL program just starting week 4 and I do see changes and feel stronger so I will keep doing this for now. Any comments or advice is welcome! Please be careful about burning out. Back off your duration to 20-25 minutes 3 times per week and increase the intensity. You should be a dripping, sweaty person when you complete the session. If you start at 60 minutes 6 times per week, it will be difficult to add to that when your body adapts to that workout. Increase to 4 cardio sessions during week 6. Remember, enjoy the journey! Guest guest
Welcome to the group, Jerry. Quincy got me into bodybuilding years ago. I have to tell you that I've never experienced these kind of gains as I have with BFL. Glad you've joined our group. Guest guest
Hi! Well you will be proud to know since I did my elliptical workout 4 days this week already, I actually got up this morning and went about my day without it. I did no aerobic training this morning. That was very difficult for me as I do get paranoid about all the fat I have to lose and not doing that 60 minute elliptical workout every morning. I am going to do my upper body later at the gym though. Thanks for your support!
Guest guest
Cheryl, What supplements do you take? Which ones do you think helped you make that phenomenal transformation the most? I thank you in advance! You are truly a role model for me!

Without post workout meals, this leaves a window of at least 3-5 hours of no nutrition when the body is crying to be replenished. MHO I think that you might have missunderstood. I read Kits message as saying he waits one hour before eating or having a drink/meal. Is that too long after the weight training? Under the BFL plan the only time you go more than three hours with out a meal is while sleeping, so I'm not sure why you are saying it would be three to five hours. Guest guest
Welcome aboard Sandi! You are lucky to get what you have. My son is 10 1/2 and his age range has fallen between the cracks with our school district. Infact we have to fight hard to get anything for our kids. Guest guest
hi sandi, welcome to the group!!!! I would say it depends on your child, does he function good with a part time aid or are you seeing the need for a full time one.
Guest guest
goes to school from 9 to 2. During that time he will have 3 1/2hrs sessions of ABA, speech, OT and PT. He is rarily in the class due to his many therapists he sees. He is " passed " around from one therapist to another. I thought that maybe having a full time aid that this would be one person who knows very well and communicate the proper way consistently (an to make sure 's therapists so the same). ALthough I was just reading some info that Glenn had mailed to me about watching out that your child does not get too attached to the same person??? > hi sandi, welcome to the group!!!!
