Wes, I make a similar soup about twice a week! I never roast my vegetables,

because I like to apply as little heat as possible, to avoid losing nutrients.

The only things I do differently, are to add some onion, and a low-sodium

bullion cube.

Montel was doing an infomercial on his favorite
