Guest guest
I keep reading of you poor souls who suffer from diarrhea. Sorry about that! I seem to suffer mostly from constipation. I have been put on Fosamax weekly and 1500 mg of calcium daily. Let me tell you that takes the diarrhea away. I know most people don't want to take calcium, they think it will hurt them somehow. Not so. Most women probably should take extra calcium from a fairly young age, because I think it's a rare woman who doesn't lose bone strength sometime during their lifetime. I think 1500 mg is absolutely too much for you young people, but you could try with a much smaller amount and see if that helps you. If not, increase it. I think you won't worry about diarrhea anymore. You will be worrying about stool softeners! Margot
Guest guest
Hi Margot, I take calcium also and at some points I've taken ferrous gluconate (iron) as well. Both are known to constipate so that's when I started with the magnesium and I'll tell you, the magnesium took care of any constipation that the other drugs caused. Have you tried magnesium Margot? It sure cleans me out good! Tracey > > I keep reading of you poor souls who suffer from diarrhea. Sorry about > that! I seem to suffer mostly from constipation. Guest guest
You should stop taking it for a while, and replace minerals you may have lost with a week of diarrhea. If you have diarrhea you are taking too much MMS. Stop till the diarrhea clears up, and then start back on a LOW dose, and go up slowly. If you hit nausea or diarrhea again, back off to where you don't have it. Some people can only start with a drop or two. More than that and they get nausea/diarrhea. Samala, -------Original Message------- I ramped up quickly and then backed off. I'm doing 7-10 drops a day for the last 9 days. Does the Diarrhea ever go away? I know I have some pretty bad bacteria in my gut since my Rife machine (dougcoilmachine.com) lights it up pretty good. Do/did others have diarrhea for the first week?
