Do you mean the yearly $500 up to $5000. That sounds like quite a jump. Or

is this for something else?

The way I understood it, since I don't participate in the assistance, is the

Agency had a $2500 cap for assistance per individual that has now been

raised to $5000 cap. I don't know if this is an yearly cap or what. You can

probably find out more on their website.
