I used an eye ointment which helped them disappear quickly. You can find an eye ointment in the drugstore -- ooey gooey gel. I haven't had any eye bleeds on Sprycel. Guest guest Posted November 9, 2010 Report Share Posted November 9, 2010 I was on gleevec for 9 years and had eye bleeds sporatically (sometimes frequently) right up to the bitter end (of gleevec's effectiveness). Sprycel, no such eye bleeds (or leg cramps, praxis reflux). Unfortunately I'm now dealing with a pleural effusion. I love Sprycel and hope I don't have to give it up, but I may. Guest guest Posted November 12, 2010 Report Share Posted November 12, 2010 Hi Karine Yes I went back into remission after 2 months. It has been about a year now. My next genetic test will be in December so hopefully the result will be the same. Hope your mom is doing okay. I am still working 3 days a week which has been the best therapy for me even thought the fatigue sometimes gets to me. I do not have to travel. Just 3 blocks to the office.
