Dear Lottie,

Thanks so much for sending those letters. Who are your senators and

representative? You're right--it did take some work on my part but my

fortune cookie last night said " All your hard work is about to pay

off " :>). I would love it if you could help some of the others that

are having trouble doing their letters.
