Guest guest
I realize that O'Neal has come under fire for his personal behavior, but you have to admit that he was quite admirable in the manner in which he stood by Farrah Fawcett's during her struggle with cancer. Most admirable are true heroes like J. Fox and Reeve who raised millions for stem cell research to combat Parkinson's, paralysis, and other afflictions. ________________________________ From: ROBERTA DOYLE <rcd1929@...> Sent: Sat, October 16, 2010 10:36:06 AM Subject: Re: [ ] O'Neal I told the world when i was dx with CML and told all my kids, this is not a secret, let's put it on the table and talk about it and live with it. Only problem with this is, having had it so long, and still being here, it gives some people I have not seen in a while a bit of a start, as they thought I had died years ago!! How wonderful of people like J. Fox to be able to raise millions and to promote research. Kudos to ! Guest guest
Hi Carl, By the way, the Washington State insurance commissioner told Regency Blue Shield that dropping single coverage for children was against the state constitution. The battle rages on. > > > > > > > C., thank you for giving the other side of the O'Neal > > discussion. I was thinking about doing the same thing. Guest guest
Unbelievable, ! Now that corporations have magically achieved personhood under the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision, shouldn't the Regency Blue Shield executives be prosecuted for violating the Washington constitution??? They would rather kill children than pay out claims to children in order to maximize revenues??? ________________________________ From: M <johndee_54@...> Sent: Sat, October 16, 2010 4:11:47 PM Subject: Re: [ ] O'Neal Hi Carl, By the way, the Washington State insurance commissioner told Regency Blue Shield that dropping single coverage for children was against the state constitution.
