I did go to a physical therapist to moved my head in different positions. From what I understand it is crystals that form in the inner hear. The therapy worked for awhile and then it came back for awhile. It eventually disappeared but it was very scary when it happened. The wave of dizziness would literally throw me back in bed. I learned to deal with it. It will go away. The meds did nothing for me also.
