I ask because i am basically unemployeed. and when i was employeed they didn't give me any health benefits. My father was getting it through his work somehow so it wasn't that bad but now he is on the verge of losing his job. so I have to get it all by myself and that is apparently $300 a month. yeah now you tell me how i am suppose to afford all that. I just assume say forget that i wont have any. but as you all must know that isn't allowed especilly for a woman who needs to have yearly checkups and all that fun exciting stuff. anyone have any ideas??? aside from complaining arguing over why we even need insurance and how stupid it all is. I don't see why i can't just pay full price for services i need wheni need it vs paying for insurance just in case. insurance should be an option like an extended warrenty for a TV not a neccessity. I should be able to take my chances that is how it was suppose to work when they created insurance. now apparently you NEED to have it or else you can't get health care that is a bunch of crock a doodle doo. anywho... you have ideas or suggestions as to where you get yours from (those who also don't have the privledge of being fully employed) that would be great.
