I'm also on Tasigna 400, but my doctor wants to increase to 800 soon. My dr. is adamant that 400 is a suboptimal dose, just like taking only 200 of Gleevec daily. I think you should try the increase, maybe the side effects won't be so bad. I'm concerned about them as well, and a little afraid of the increase, but I'll try it. I hope I'll be able to tolerate the 800 because I want to take the recommended dose if possible. Please let us know how you do on the 600 dose. in NY **************Gas prices getting you down?
