Welcome Christa you will learn a lot from this sight there are many that are

very insightful to what is to come.

A year ago today I was released from two week stay in the hosp just being DX'd

CML blast phase and tomorrow is my birthday, at the time living another year was

not something I believed would happen. I was so weak at the time I could not

open a closed door..much less hold my granddaughter that was almost a year...I

just kept telling myself God had never given me more than I could handle and

took each day slowly.

With lots of hope for many years to come, thanks to all I have read on this

sight. Ya'll (my texas slang)have given me lots of hope. Thank you very much for

all your stories. I am trying to adjusting to my life as it is today.

Saturday I watched my daughter get married. Life has so many treasures and I

want to enjoy them all.

Hope all has a wonderful weekend, and many blessed years to come.

I also was diagnosed the week of my birthday

Amazingly how many people are diagnosed within a couple of days of celebrating a

birthday.

My birthday is 9th August and diagnosed the 6th August
