Guest guest Posted January 16, 2006 Report Share Posted January 16, 2006 this afternoon i did pilates with janis saffell... i really love doing her workouts! this pilates session was part of her 'brand new butt plus pilates' dvd. this workout is for the entire body -- upper, abs and lower and janis uses a dynaband during the whole thing, which i found to be very refreshing and interesting. this workout is 45 mins including a cardio warmup and then a cooldown consisting of stretches also done with the band. janis picked upbeat music to workout with and i enjoyed the tunes. also the background exercisers demonstrate various degrees of strength and flexibility. one shows beginner mods during the whole workout. janis cues and instructs very well... i felt that i got alot out of this session. :*carolyn.
