" HOW COULD I FORGET THAT, WHEN MY GOOD BUDDY BOB STEWART WROTE AND SAID HE DID NOT THINK THERE WAS ANYTHING THAT COULD NUMB MY BARBED TONGUE. (not nice Bob, not nice at all) ANYWAY, IT LASTED 48 HOURS, THEN EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NO LONGER NUMB, I WAS AWARE OF MY TONGUE....ANDTHOSE TWO ARE FUNNY WORDS TOGETHER , I KEEP GETTING THEM MIXED UP AND SAY " TUMB NONGUE. " IS THAT WHAT IS KNOWN AS A SPOONERISM? I DO IT ALL THE TIME. ANYWAY, IT MAY HAVE HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH WEIGHT LOSS TOO, AS WHILE IT WAS NUMB, FOOD EITHER DID NOT TASTE, OR IT DID NOT TASTE GOOD.
