Guest guest Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 Hi Jan, Some members who belong to the list get the posts delivered individually while others get the posts delivered in a digest form. This means that instead of getting a separate email with each post on it, they get one email with 25 posts on it. The title of the digest is exactly that, " digest #123 " so when a person goes to reply, they sometimes just hit " reply " and the subject line remains the same " digest #123 " . Some people will also post a reply to a post that really has nothing to do with the post they're replying to (instead of starting a brand new post) and they forget to change the subject line so even though the subject line reads " whatever " , their post is about something totally different. It's not a huge deal but it would be helpful if members changed the subject lines in their posts to reflect the actual content of their post so that others who have a particular interest in that content will be more inclined to see it.
