Early on, I had some 'odd' cavities right at the baseline (like you describe) that my dentist said is usually seen with those on Meth or those with bulimia (from vomiting, which is highly acid)....he knew I was not in either category. He told me about the Biotene products....I especially liked to swish with the mouthwash when I had dry mouth. But for me it was equally or more important to offset the acidity of the drug and get rid of the acid reflux. You can emphasize an alkaline diet.....and any of the green drink products are helpful. He did actually have me use fluoride trays early on........but now with the better diet, this problem has gone away and I don't have those cavities. C.
