I did Cathe's bootcamp today - I really liked it.. However, I was going to use it as my cardio and upper body strength.. Well, I know I got the cardio in as I burned 696 calories (that was even w/ my CORRECT weight programmed in..LOL), but I don't feel like I worked my arms enough. I may sneak downstairs later and do a short arm and ab workout.... Darcy Day 9/21 dc completed!
