RE: ...missed a day but back on track

Hi All:

Well, I am sorry to say I bailed on my walking yesterday. I put it off too

long and missed my window. At 10:00pm I ALMOST convinced myself to get on

and do a quick 15 minutes while I watched TV but alas the couch potato in me

was not going to be swayed.

Good news is I got back on track today with 24 minutes on the treadmill this

afternoon. Whew...glad it is done.

Classes are weekly and I was going to go this past Tuesday but we had

freezing rain here. I am planning to catch the Friday morning class

tomorrow. Course I haven't practiced much so I have forgotten some of the

moves already. Good thing they review at the start of class.

good job lisa!!! keep up your momentum. a day missed here or there is no

big deal, but a few missed days in a row start to snowball and will derail

your whole plan. you are doing great! keep chugging along!
