Guest guest
Dear , I am on Medicare and my Plan D is Sterling. I had other plans in prior years, but I found this one the best suited for me. I called Medicare and gave them a list of my drugs and they found the company that best suited my needs and even told me how much a month it would cost, which was less than I was paying before. The generic brands cost me nothing. I have the option of getting 3 months at the time, which would be mailed to me, but I buy from the drug store where my daughter in law works and she brings them home after I fax the script to her. I hope this answers your question about how we are getting our meds in the US on Medicare. You can call the Gleevec hotline at 877-453-3832 in the US and 514-631-6775 in Canada to see if you qualify for free of low payment of Gleevec. I also have the name of a company that supplies it to those who qualify if you will contact me personally. LLS may also advise you of where you can get Gleevec. Blessings and good luck with getting your Medicare, Lottie
