Guest guest
While I realize that calories expended during exercise depends on a lot of things, has anyone ever burnt the 700 calories in 45 minutes as claimed in the Turbo Jam advertisement? I keep thinking I want to put these on my wish list but this claim makes me think television commercial claims which rarely are what they claim to be. They look like so much fun but so did the ’s Bootcamp and I try them once a month and then realize why I don’t like them as much as my other videos (for one thing the ab work is painful (any hints on the abs work in these would be useful – my lower back is what hurts during this and my neck – he says the neck is supposed to hurt) and it is not as much fun as Tae Bo Cardio or a Firm workout). I consider that one a waste of my money, because I think there are about 100 videos out there I would have enjoyed more lol. I envy those of you who have libraries to try things. I rely mostly on reviews here and other places and I hear great things about it, but why the “television commercial” claims. Why not just say it is a fun calorie burning activity and leave it there? I guess they have to put it more appealing than that, but I’d love to hear it straight up in an advertisement. Not that I need more videos on my wish list, but if I decide I want this one I might order it before my dad comes to visit in the spring (so he can bring it to me) -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
