As for BH Yoga - I think her cueing is pretty good. If you'd like I can keep scouting Ross for it and if I find it I can pick it up for you, I think I got it for $4 or $5 - so it was a good buy. I just realized that for our february challenge I will likely miss two days of exercise, we'll be out of town the weekend of the 17th -- maybe I'll just add them on to March! I know I'll be able to workout on Friday, but Sat and Sun we'll be away - possibly I can do something Sun night when we get back, but it is probably not likely! LOL! Take care!
