I tan about as much as I used to before taking gleevec, at least I

didn't notice a difference. A good sun cream is recommended anyway, if

you want to stay longer under the sun you can use a stronger cream. I

use a high protection when I am in a boat on a sunny day. A lower

protection in more normal conditions. I did mention to the cml

specialist I see in Paris about sun, saying I am often on the ocean,

and she told me just to use normal precautions.
