Guest guest
Dear Group, I am amazed at the response we received on depression, it was almost as busy as the one on S-E-X. LOL. What a novel place to have a sounding board where we can talk to everyone about anything. Marcus could be our poster guy on exercise, wouldn't you all like to see his ABS??? LOL. Bobby's group focuses on diet and losing weight. Of course I am 12 years older now and must take that into consideration, but I would like to be able to walk at least a mile a day. In my first trial, we used to walk from 3 to 5 miles a night for 5 nights a week, so now I can understand how useless that trial was, if all it did was allow me to have enough stamina to at least walk. That needle on the CML odometer never budged one iota. When I switched to other trials, I was so exhausted, I found I couldn't do 1/10 of what I had done earlier. Earlier I questioned someone, I think it was Eva about having more than 100% Ph+, saying I had never heard of having more than 100%. I apologize for this stupid error. I saw on my own BMA result that my BCR-ABL was greater than 100%. Hope I didn't add to your already stressful day after getting your report.
