I started out this morning with AM Yoga. My kids are all

sick so I was up all night and I needed a pick me up.

This evening’s workout started with Gym Style Back

Shoulder and Biceps. I managed to use the 5 pound weights through the whole

thing! I am proud of myself – I probably could go higher with the back

work and some of the biceps. Next I went on to my knee recovery plan and I did

add the side lifts. And I am glad I did because I could really feel the

weakness in those muscles. Next was Yoga Zone: Total Body Conditioning –

I did both 20 minute workouts on this one because I needed the relaxation (I’ve

been tense all day) And now bedtime in case those rascals are sick again

tonight. They have ear pain – isn’t that lovely. My kids are real

whiners when they are sick so its driving me nuts – there is really

nothing to do for an ear infection unless it doesn’t go away by itself. I

did give them a bit of pain medication but I felt like I had 3 2 year olds in

the house instead of 1 lol.

BTW I feel some soreness in the chest from yesterday’s

workout – it feels good though. I’ve also been irritable and am

losing my appetite so I wonder if I have PMS (my cycles have been so screwed I

never know when I will start.

I’m also on my second week of this routine and I am

enjoying it so much! I keep sneaking extra workouts in but it has been a really

fun time.
