If you have a slightly elevated blood pressure, or “prehypertension” (under 140

systolic and 90 diastolic), take your aspirin in the evening. Two studies have

shown that, in people with prehypertension, the systolic blood pressure (the

higher number) drops about five points and the diastolic pressure drops about

three points when aspirin is taken before bedtime. No change occurs when the

aspirin is taken in the morning. (Dr. Art Ulene)

Blessings,

Lottie
