I take mine before bed, I found taking it during the day made me feel worse.

I have been on it since 04 and I also notice my fatigue has gotten worse,

and I still have nausea, and bone pain. When I used to take it during the

day I would get very sick no matter what I ate with it, so I switched to

nights and I found I can tolerate it much easier.
