Hello,

Just wanted to say a HUGE thankyou for the lovely welcome I have

received this week. It is great knowing I have a whole new bunch of

friends to share my ups and downs with. These days it is mostly UPS.

So many members are long term survivors, it certainly is very

encouraging.

Lottie, wishing you a very belated Happy Birthday.

Thank you Sheryl and a most warm welcome to you for joining our

group. I hope you will be a regular contributor and keep us informed

as to how you are doing and if you have questions, we have as many

answers as we have members. We are overjoyed with each new member

because we know they will be able to make informed decisions as they

progress. We have members with fantastic results and then there is

me - the old turtle. I should say that turtles live a long time.
