Guest guest
That's great news Katy. And YES they do sedate you for it! I was so relieved. I was telling the anetsteologist (sp?) about me being so wound up and the doctor walked in he said you ought to know me better then that! Well I did'nt but glad that he didnt do it without sedation. Yesterday when I had the endo. that woman just zapped me and I was gone! But today was really relaxing a man was putting me down and he sat and talked to me and slowly put me to sleep, the last thing I remember was staring at a yellow highlight marker hanging on the wall and just drifting away....so cool....lol....anyway they do what is called (sp?)MAC sedation, and you wake up alot quicker then when they used to give me demerol and valium. I was wide awake and champing at the bit to leave within 20 minutes of my procedure. Now I did come home and get really sleepy again but considering I only got about 2 hours of sleep before hand I guess that is understandable. Thanx to all who supported me during my crisis!
