I take B12 but that's because my levels are always low. If I had a normal level, I wouldn't take anything that I didn't have to. To answer your question though, I'm not aware of any interactions with these supplements and Gleevec. I would just want to know if you really do need them. Your hematocrit, red count and hgb won't tell you anything about your vitamin levels. My red counts are all normal yet my B12 is always very low. Vitamin levels and red counts are not necessarily correlated so you should have your vitamin levels tested if they suspect you are low.
