Guest guest
Ted As one sugar sweet tooth and chocoholic to another - if you spend a whole week-end binging on not good foods but yummy foods of course you are not going to feel like doing anything. You are what you eat is a good motto. Probably your sugar levels are sky high and then plateau after not eating sugar and sweet things - and then must eat more sugar to get that feeling again. Good idea - in moderation. I have gone off all sweet things - and feel much better for it Keep well and only one cake a week Sue

I keep going back, thinking I can just eat a little, and next thing I know I eating tons. And it is a vicious cycle I have to break.
