Hi Sharon,

Going from 11.10 to 6.9 is going in the right direction but it seems

to me that it's less than a 2 log reduction. Usually a patient needs

at least a 2 log reduction to be completely zero on a cytogenetics

test (the test they do using the marrow) so I would ask for a copy of

your PCR to be sure the numbers are right. PCR's can often be

misleading though so I would trust the BMB cytogenetic report first.

If your BMB truly is zero (no Philadelphia Chromosomes) then you're

doing great and qualify for one of Zavie's Zero Club numbers.
