Sunday's workout - library workout

Today I broke in a library workout - Trainer's Edge Interval Training with Petra Kobler. I really liked this cardio/strength training workout. I did all 3 cardio workouts on this DVD which combined aerobics, cardio blasts and some strength training. I also did the 10 minute add on with Baron Baptiste which was a 10+ minute lean yoga workout. The whole workout was around 45 minutes including the Baron bonus. I really liked Petra, her cueing and enthusiasm was very nice. Baron was also tolerable for 10 minutes ;-)
