Guest guest
Liddy, Thanks for you reply. You work full time in a hectic job, you are so lucky to be able to maintain your job and other activities. I have slowed down quite a bit since diagnois. I now start getting more active than before. But still get tired pretty easy. Sometimes, I just don't feel like going anywhere or doing anything. Sometimes, I have good amount of energy but it's not long lasting. > > Hi , > I have been on Gleevac since Dec 2002, I work in the hotel/restaurant industry and I have pretty much worked full-time since mid 2003. I consider myself to be very active and keep up with the young ones, ( I " m 56), but every now and then I just have to take advantage of a morning off and go back to bed and sleep till I wake, then my batteries are charged and I'm off again. I keep myself very busy with all sorts of interests and try to keep as busy and as positive as I can and I find most of the time I don't notice the tiredness. I also find I have to drink lots of water and that helps with the fatigue as well. > I take my Gleevac in the morning, I don't know if that makes any difference or not. > Good luck and believe me it does get better. > Liddy > [ ] Re: CML 2yrs > > > Hi, > > I am still having tiredness from Gleevec.
