Sharon

I have sedation when I have a BMA - I arrive the first thing in the morning

(7.00am) - have the procedure

around 10 am and then go to sleep and wake up around 2pm and go home.

I agree with Matts suggestion walk around to keep everything moving - make sure

you have something

to eat and be hydrated and take the day off. In fact some times I have taken a

couple of days off.

I know - a whooze.

Last time - it took 25 minutes to take bone out - amazing - felt bruised and

rightly so.

No longer having BMA as I only have bloods taken.
